How does it work?
We guarantee a buy-back for all vintage pieces you purchased from us in the past two years. We're also happy to consider vintage favorites that you haven't bought from us.
How much will I get?
Upon receipt of the items, the resale value will be calculated based on the market value and condition assessment (see overview below). Based on this, you will receive a discount code for your next purchase with us.
For vintage pieces that you haven't purchased from us, we recommend sending us pictures beforehand at info@vintagekidssociety.com. In addition to the condition of the items, additional factors such as our current inventory or the decade from which the items originate also play a role.
Condition Assessment
Unworn vintage item (very rare, but they exist) - Credit for 60% of the resale value
Very good vintage condition - Credit for 50% of the resale value
Needs love: Good vintage condition, often worn, washed, cared for - Credit for 40% of the resale value
Needs lots of love: Needs repair and can be repaired - Credit for 10-20% of the resale value (depending on the complexity of the repair)
Determination of Resale Value
Resale value is determined by the market value in conjunction with the condition assessment.
Resale value x Condition assessment = Credit/Payout
Example Calculation:
If you send us an item of clothing with a resale value of 39€ and the condition assessment results in "needs love," your credit will be calculated as follows:
39€ (resale value) x 40% (credit from condition assessment "needs love") = 15.60€
So you will receive a discount code worth 15.60€ for our online shop. Redeemable on our entire range.
We recommend checking the clothes before sending them to us to receive the best possible payout.

Wir garantieren dir einen Rückkauf für alle Vintage Stücke, welche du in den vergangenen zwei Jahren bei uns gekauft hast.
Gerne schauen wir uns auch Vintage Lieblingsstücke an, die du nicht bei uns erworben hast.
Wie viel bekomme ich?
Nach Erhalt der Artikel wird der Wiederverkaufswert anhand des Marktwertes und der Zustandsermittlung (siehe Übersicht unten) berechnet.
Auf Grundlage dessen erhältst du eine Rabatt-Code für deinen nächsten Einkauf bei uns.
Für Vintage-Stücke, welche du nicht bei uns gekauft hast empfehlen wir dir, uns vorab Bilder an info@vintagekidssociety.com zu schicken. Neben dem Zustand der Artikel spielen hier zusätzliche Faktoren eine Rolle, wie bspw. unser aktueller Lagerbestand oder aber das Jahrzehnt aus dem die Artikel stammen.
Zustandsermittlung
Ungetragener Vintage Artikel (sehr selten, aber es gib sie) - Gutschrift über 60% des Wiederverkaufwertes
Sehr guter Vintage Zustand - Gutschrift über 50% des Wiederverkaufswertes
Braucht Liebe: Guter Zustand Vintage-Zustand, gerne getragen, gewaschen, gepflegt - Gutschrift über 40% des Wiederverkaufswertes
Braucht viel Liebe: Muss und kann noch repariert werden – Gutschrift über 10-20% des Wiederverkaufswertes (je nachdem wie aufwendig die Reparatur ist)
Ermittlung des Wiederverkaufswertes
Wiederverkaufswert ergibt sich aus dem Marktwert in Verbindung mit der Zustandsermittlung
Wiederverkaufswert x Zustandsermittlung = Gutschrift/Auszahlung
Beispiel-Rechnung:
Wenn du uns ein Kleidungsstück schickst, dessen Wiederverkaufswert auf 39€ ermittelt wird und die Zustandermittlung „braucht Liebe“ ergibt, wird deine Gutschrift folgendermaßen berechnet:
39€ (Wiederverkaufswert) x 40% (Gutschrift aus Zustandsermittlung „braucht Liebe“) = 15,60€
So erhältst du einen Rabattcode in Höhe von 15,60€ für unseren Onlineshop. Einlösbar auf unser gesamtes Sortiment.
Wir empfehlen dir, die Kleidung zu überprüfen, bevor du diese an uns sendest, um die bestmögliche Auszahlung zu erhalten.
