SHIPPING
We offer national and international shipping via DHL GOGREEN. Orders are dispatched within 2 - 5 business days. Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your package does not arrive within a maximum of five business days (shipping within Germany) or within a maximum of fourteen working days (international shipping) despite confirmed dispatch, please send us a message at info@vintagekidssociety.com.
If you are an international customer and have preferences regarding the shipping method, please feel free to contact us at info@vintagekidssociety.com or via Instagram.
For orders over €69, insured shipping within Germany is free.
For orders over €129, we offer free insured shipping within the EU.
For orders under €69 and below the weight of 1 kg, we charge €3.90 for insured national shipping.
For international orders or orders above a weight of 1kg, shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process.
Please double-check the entered address after receiving the order confirmation. Any additional effort due to incorrect address input will be at your expense as the buyer. We offer you the option to pick up the goods from our warehouse, albeit at limited times. Please contact us at info@vintagekidssociety.com and select 'Pick up' as the shipping method.

RETURNS
We are a small business, and returns are not only costly for us but also for our environment. If you are unsure about the size, material, color of an item, or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance at info@vintagekidssociety.com or via Instagram.
You can return any items purchased from us within 14 days. They must be in the same condition as you received them. The items must be unworn and in their original packaging, with the tags still attached. Please make sure it is identifiable that the return is from you - either by your name or the order number.
You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping costs will not be refunded by us. Please note that the return shipping costs are to be borne by you.

REFUNDS
Refunds are generally processed up to a maximum of 14 days after receipt of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of your return, you will be notified via email. This email will inform you of the decision regarding the refund/partial refund.
If approved, the invoice amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that if a partial return reduces your order value below the threshold for free shipping, any subsequent shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vintage Kids Society - Anna-Katharina Pohl, Erikastr. 49, 20251 Hamburg, Deutschland, info@vintagekids.ociety.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery if not already dispatched (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

VERSANDWir bieten nationalen und internationalen Versand per DHL GOGREEN an. Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 2 - 5 Werktagen versandt. Sobald dein Paket unser Lager verlassen hat, erhältst du eine E-Mail-Bestätigung über den Versand. Sollte dein Paket trotz bestätigtem Versand nicht innerhalb von maximal fünf Werktagen (Versand innerhalb von Deutschland) bzw. innerhalb von maximal vierzehn Werktagen (internationaler Versand) bei dir ankommen, schicke uns bitte ein Nachricht an info@vintagekidssociety.com.

Für Bestellungen über 69€ ist der versicherte Versand innerhalb Deutschlands kostenlos.
Für Bestellungen über 129€ bieten wir kostenlosen versicherten Versand innerhalb der EU an.
Für Bestellungen unter 69€ und unter 1 kg berechnen wir 3,90€ für den versicherten nationalen Versand.
Für internationale Bestellungen und Bestellungen über einem Gewicht von 1 kg werden die Versandkosten während des Kaufvorgangs berechnet.

RÜCKGABE
Wir sind ein kleines Unternehmen, und Rücksendungen sind nicht nur kostspielig für uns, sondern auch für unsere Umwelt. Wenn du dir bezüglich der Größe, des Materials, der Farbe eines Artikels unsicher bist oder eine andere Frage hast, zögern bitte nicht, uns im Voraus unter info@vintagekidssociety.com oder via Instagram zu kontaktieren.
Du kannst alle bei uns gekauften Artikel innerhalb von 14 Tagen zurückgeben. Sie müssen im selben Zustand sein, in dem Du sie erhalten hast. Die Ware muss dabei ungetragen und originalverpackt sein, die Etiketten dürfen nicht entfernt worden sein. Bei der Rücksendung sollte erkenntlich sein, dass sie von dir ist – entweder durch deinen Namen oder die Bestellnummer.
Du als Käufer bist für die Rücksendekosten verantwortlich. Die ursprünglichen Versandkosten werden von uns nicht erstattet. Bitte beachte, dass die Rücksendekosten von dir selbst zu tragen sind.
